What We Do & Our Impact on Society – Samadhan Samajik Sanstha (NGO)

At Samadhan Samajik Sanstha, our goal is to uplift and empower the underprivileged sections of society through education, healthcare, employment, social awareness, and compassion-driven outreach. Founded in 2017 by Mr. Shashikant R. Pedamkar, Mr. Nitesh J. Pandey, Mr. Vikas Pandey, Mr. Swapnil Gurav & Team, our registered NGO has consistently served the community through impactful initiatives.

Our Work:

  1. Education Support (Balwadi & Abhyas Kendra):
We provide free or affordable tuition to underprivileged children, ensuring they receive quality education, which builds a strong foundation for a better future.

  2. Women Empowerment Events:
We conduct regular gatherings and workshops in slum areas to educate women on health, hygiene, rights, and self-care, helping them become more aware and confident.

  3. Employment Opportunities:
We actively connect unemployed individuals with job openings, helping families achieve financial independence and stability.

  4. Free Medical Check-Ups:
We organize health camps for those who cannot afford basic medical care. These initiatives promote early diagnosis and awareness about personal and community health.

  5. Skill Development for Children:
Through creative workshops, cultural programs, and skill development sessions, we encourage underprivileged children to learn, express, and prepare for a brighter tomorrow.

  6. Swachhata Hi Seva Campaigns:
Our cleanliness drives improve the hygiene and aesthetics of local communities while promoting environmental responsibility and civic sense.

  7. Old Age Home Visits (Kuchh Aur):
We regularly visit old age homes to share joy, love, and companionship with the elderly—reminding them they are not forgotten.

Our Impact:

Through consistent community engagement, we’ve helped hundreds of children receive education, guided numerous individuals towards stable employment, and brought essential healthcare to those in need. Women who once lacked awareness now lead change within their communities. Our environmental efforts have created cleaner, healthier spaces. Our presence in old age homes has rekindled hope and happiness among senior citizens.

Our mission, “To build responsible citizens and a better society for tomorrow,” reflects in every activity we undertake. By focusing on the most vulnerable, Samadhan Samajik Sanstha brings lasting change and inspires others to act with empathy and purpose.

Together, we are building a society where no one is left behind.
